*  Each body type interprets the movements in their own unique way.  This is one of the ways belly dance teaches us to accept our own individuality.  *

*  If you miss a class you may make up the class within the same session on an alternate day or attend the first class of the next session. *

*  Take things from the ground up, work on the foot pattern, then the hips, then the arms.  Remember we all started out as beginners.  It is practice that achieves one’s personals goals. *

*  Don’t take yourself too seriously.  Remember to fill your dance with joy! *
