Wearing appropriate clothing will allow you as well the instructor to see your movements more clearly. Remember all clothing should be comfortable and allow you to stretch.
* Snug-fitting tank top, a form-fitting T-shirt, sports bra, or crop top with hip-height leggings or yoga pants and an inexpensive shawl or scarf tied around the hips.
* You may wish to wear leg warmers and a form fitting sweater for warm-ups and cool-downs.
* Recommended footwear includes socks, ballet slippers, Aruba’s Oasis sandals, Hermes sandals, Scottish ghillies, or lyrical shoes. Hallie Marie usually just wears socks or has bare feet in class.
